Items bought online can be returned in store, in original condition within 30 days of receiving the item(s) with proof of purchase, and we will happily arrange a refund or exchange with you. If you are not local, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to us at Make. For international shoppers, please note you may incur extra fees such as duties and taxes and will be responsible to cover these costs. If you believe you have received an item with a defect, please email us your order # and defect details, so that we can advise - returns are always subject to acceptance by us. Subtle colour differences due to dye lots or screen calibration, as well as suppliers' small changes in item packaging or details are not considered defects, thank you for understanding. Custom products are always non-returnable.
