Steamroller Printing at Granville Island

Steamroller Printing on Granville Island

On Friday, September 27 through Sunday, September 29, 2019, MAKE joined the Craft Council of BC in A Date with Culture. An array of local artists shared demonstrations of their craft with visitors, surrounded by music, food, and a great cultural atmosphere on the iconic Granville Island.

MAKE launched their miniature screen printing activation!

MAKE debuted their miniature screen printing stations and they were a great hit. Visitors to the island were able to choose from a variety of colours and pre-made screens to make their own prints. Visit our Facebook album to see more photos!

From MINI to MAXI!

Our miniature screens were the perfect counter to the star of the weekend, the Steamroller Printer! Peter Braune of New Leaf Editions and contemporary Canadian print maker Kari Kristensen teamed up to print an epic 4' x 8' one colour print.
