Custom Dept FAQs

The custom departments of MAKE have all been moved to our new MAKE Studio / Fulfillment Centre located at 1420 Frances Street in East Vancouver. 

Visit us at Granville Island

You do not need an appointment to pick up completed orders from our store - just come by during our store hours after you have been informed by our staff that your order is ready for pick-up!)

Embroidery Department Info

The Embroidery Desk is open 7 days a week for reserved appointments. Please book ahead. Email us to reserve your time: embroidery@makevancouver.com

The turnaround time for volume orders will differ from our standard turnaround times, depending on the size of the order. Please let us know far in advance if you have a hard deadline, so that the departments are able to accommodate your request and fulfill your order in a timely manner. In some instances we may need to charge a rush fee of $75 but we will advise you in advance. 

Estimated turnaround times:

• 1-5 items = 3 - 5 days
• 6 - 12 = 7 business days
• 24+ = 7 - 10 business days
• 60 + = 10 - 12 business days

Shipping times are not included in production times.

Drop offs are available at Granville Island and also to our studio by special request during regular business hours - Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Pick ups available at Granville Island and MAKE Gastown and at the MAKE Studio, at 1420 Frances St, by special request.

• We are currently not accepting customer provided items
• For CUSTOM PRODUCTS, shipping times are in addition to production times.
