Shipping

• MAKE offers FREE "Curbside" or "Side Door" pick up for locals.
• Side door pickups will be available 7 days a week. Knock when you arrive at the door (look for the garlands and "Curbside Pickup" signs) and one of our elves will get you your package with physical distancing measures in place.
• Online orders can also be picked up in-store or MAKE Gastown

• Abandoned Orders: If you fail to pick up your order within a reasonable time frame, your order is subject to our Abandoned Order Policy. We notify via email when orders are ready for pick up, we will re-notify once before the 60 day pick up period expires.
  
  All orders except those containing custom embroidery: If you do not pick up your order within 60 days from when we notify you your order is ready for pick up, we will consider your order abandoned. Your order will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. If the item purchased is listed as a limited time offer, part of a fundraising campaign, on sale, or a holiday item, you will not receive a refund and the order will be donated.
  
  Orders containing custom embroidery: If you do not pick up your custom order within 60 days from when we notify you your order is ready for pick up, we will consider your order abandoned. You will not receive a refund and the order will be donated.
