ABANDONED ORDERS
If you fail to pick up your order within a reasonable time frame, your order is subject to our Abandoned Order Policy. We notify via email when orders are ready for pick up, we will re-notify once before the 60 day pick up period expires.
All orders except those containing custom embroidery: If you do not pick up your order within 60 days from when we notify you your order is ready for pick up, we will consider your order abandoned. Your order will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. If the item purchased is listed as a limited time offer, part of a fundraising campaign, on sale, or a holiday item, you will not receive a refund and the order will be donated.
Orders containing custom embroidery: If you do not pick up your custom order within 60 days from when we notify you your order is ready for pick up, we will consider your order abandoned. You will not receive a refund and the order will be donated.
INTERNATIONALΒ SHIPPING
- Yes, we can ship internationally - regular rates available (Tariffs may apply)
- Shipping rates will be calculated at check out
- For CUSTOM embroidery projects, please inquire about shipping prices when placing your order
- Please note that as of August 29, 2025, the United States has eliminated its $800 de minimis exemption which allowed Canadian merchants to ship low-value parcels into the U.S. without duties, taxes, or full customs clearance. MAKE is not responsible for any duties or tariffs applied to your order.
