Sales Associate (Full Time and Part Time)

Locations: Granville Island & Gastown
MAKE is looking for Sales Associate(s) to join our retail team!

This is a customer-facing retail role inside a creative company. While our environment is design-driven and inspiring, this position is focused on sales, store operations, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

If you love great products, strong presentation, connecting with people, and the pace and accountability of retail - this is the role for you.

A Day in the Role

• Create a welcoming, engaging experience for every customer

• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations

• Maintain high visual and cleanliness standards on the floor

• Restock, fold, tag, organize merchandise, and operate our POS system

• Support smooth daily operations during both steady and busy periods

• Show up for your team and contribute to a positive, accountable environment

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience

• Comfortable selling and interacting with a wide range of customers

• Enjoys being on their feet and actively engaged throughout a shift
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well-run space

• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail as a craft -presentation, service, and execution - within a creative, energetic setting.

While MAKE includes production and design teams, this position is focused on the retail floor. Growth opportunities are available for strong performers.
