Receiver (Primarily Granville Island)

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, dependable, and enjoys being the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps things moving smoothly. As a Receiver at MAKE, you’ll play a key role in our day-to-day operations - counting, receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing inventory to keep our retail spaces well-stocked and flowing. This position is primarily based at our Granville Island location but offers variety by occasionally supporting our Gastown retail store and Studio.

Creative Sales Floor Associates

MAKE is looking for new Creative Sales Floor Associates to rock the sales floor and help with daily operations at both of our locations (Granville Island & Gastown). We are looking to fill a part-time position.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1+ years of retail/customer service experience
• Outgoing personality, motivated to deliver outstanding customer service at all times, encouraging our customers to get excited & creative!
• Enjoyment working with people and in a team environment
• Design or arts background with experience using Adobe Suite programs is an asset (but not required!)
• Focused and detail oriented personality and dedicated work ethic
• Multitasking skills are a must! MAKE can get very busy very fast, and there's always lots of exciting projects happening so if you thrive on a fast-paced creative work environment, this is definitely the place for you!
